Botanical Garden Bar has a special dim sum and gin cocktail pairing experience this September
Gin fans will be delighted to hear that there’s a tasty new weekend experience at Opium’s newly transformed Botanical Garden Bar for the month of September.
They have created a special Dim Sum and Tanqueray cocktail pairing menu, which will run for 4 weekends only from 2-5pm on Saturdays and from 2pm onwards on Sundays.
The gorgeous plates have been curated by head chef Kwen who’s renowned for ensuring each mouthful is bursting with beautiful Asian flavours. Options include Vietnamese Rolls with
Kilkeel Brown Crab, Irish Squid Tempura, Thai Sausage with Pickled Cucumber, Roasted Duck Larb and Pork Belly Bao Bun.
Opium’s expert mixologists can then pair your plates with unique Tanqueray No. 10 and Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin cocktail creations, which will be mixed and served at your table
from a fun Tanq Cart.
The Botanical Garden Bar on the ground floor of Opium is a stunning instagrammable venue in
itself – that’s perfect for Irish weather! You can cosy up in the heated covered space on cooler days, while the roof is fully retractable for those Indian Summer days.
Priced from €19.50 per person for 3 plates, the exclusive Tanqueray Dim Sum Experience will be available from 2-5pm each Saturday and from 2pm each Sunday until 25 th September. Sip and savour a selection of signature and speciality Tanqueray serves priced from €10.00.
Access to the Botanical Garden Bar at Opium is available directly through Wexford Street or
through a second entrance on Liberty lane.
