Spoilers ahead of The Traitors
We’re all glued to our TV screens thanks to The Traitors!
We were cheering on Anna Duke from Co Wicklow in the reality series.
Unfortunately, she was murdered by the Traitors on Thursday night and had to leave the glamorous Scottish castle.
While we’ll miss her antics on the show, we were delighted to hear her share all the behind the scene details from the show.
Speaking to Oliver Callan on his radio show on Friday morning, she shared what it was really like on the show.
“It was actually recorded ages ago. So even watching it back, when I knew I was gonna get eliminated, I was watching it like, ‘Oh my god, I hope they don’t pick me!’,” she revealed.
“The first four episodes, I wasn’t in much. It was just a massive focus on the fifth shark, because that was so juicy and I wasn’t really involved in that,” she explained.

“Then when the limelight turned on me, honestly, it’s really really intense when you’re in there, and you’ve got all these people you just met turning on you, and you’re trying to prove yourself, and you constantly think, ‘Everyone’s gonna vote for me’.
“It feels like your heart is in your throat, your hands are sweaty… the paranoia is just honestly next level. I never would’ve described myself as an anxious person before…you always feel like you’re going to be the one who goes home, the one who gets murdered, or you feel like everyone’s talking about you. It’s just that environment that you’re in, it’s supposed to induce that feeling in everyone.”
Speaking about what advice she would give to those signing up for the show, especially now there’s an Irish version, she joked: “Learn to tie knots”.
She was accused of trying to sabotage a game when she failed to tie a rope properly when mooring a boat.
We’ll miss Anna on our screens!
