The International Ladies Polo Day will be making a return to Dublin’s Phoenix Park on Thursday September 5th, with Julian Benson’s Cystic Fibrosis Fund as charity partners!

Celebrating its 20th year, this glamorous event is a highlight of the social calendar combining a day of rousing sport, fabulous fashion and wonderful entertainment, and this year all proceeds from the day will go directly to the JBCFF.

Since its inception just under a year ago, the charity has made tremendous progress towards its goal of building a home-from-home for people with Cystic Fibrosis.  This week also sees the launch of their Text-to-Donate Campaign, where people can text “BUILD” to 50300 to donate towards the project and follow progress using “#build4cf”.

Founder Julian Benson commented on the announcement, “We are honoured to be chosen as charity partner for this year’s International Ladies Polo Day. I’ve experienced first-hand the difficulties faced by people who battle Cystic Fibrosis and I’m determined to do what I can to help provide some comfort and support when it is most needed.  Our BUILD Campaign and events like this provide much needed funds and bring us closer to achieving our goals.  We’re delighted to receive the support of such an iconic event”.

To announce the exciting news, well known faces James Kavanagh, Erin McGregor, Eoghan McDermott and Niamh Cullen donned their riding gear and joined Julian himself on the Polo field.
