Shane MacGowan is finally able to smile again after undergoing an operation to have dental implants fitted.
The Pogues star, renowned for his gummy grin in the Fairytales of New York music video, has been showing off some impressive dental work.
The musician will chronicle his dental transformation in a Sky Arts documentary entitled Shane MacGowan: A Wreck Reborn, which is set to air over Christmas.
But at the U2 after party on Tuesday night, the rocker gave us a sneak peak of his knashers – and check out that gold tooth!
It was the first public appearance by the 57-year-old since he broke his pelvis this summer, and despite being wheelchair bound, he was in great spirits as he partied ’till the wee hours.
In fact, It looked like he was willing to continue the party on the way home as he was photographed carrying a pint glass as he was wheeled to his taxi.
