RTE have paid a touching tribute to the late Hollywood legend, Mary Tyler Moore, following her sad passing this week.
The actress, who suffered from diabetes, is said to have been very ill over the past two years, suffering with heart and kidney problems.
The 80 year old passed away yesterday, surrounded by her closest family and friends.
In a heartwarming tribute to the actress, RTE meteorologist Joanna Donnelly closed her weather report with nod to the star.
Finishing her broadcast, Joanna simply said, “Goodnight, Mary.”
