As we all know well by now the past twelve months everyone has been all about staycations, and with hotels set to reopen and inter-country travel restrictions lifted, we’re all ready to head off for a few weekends away!
Roz Purcell certainly has the right idea, as she and her boyfriend Zach headed off in their camper van that they have been doing up over the past few months.
Roz loves travelling around Ireland, sharing with her followers the best places to hike, swim and eat which is exactly what she did yesterday.
Posting to Instagram throughout the day she shared their trip to Hook Lighthouse in Wexford as well as their many stops along the way.
As well as this, we all got to see the inside of her newly converted camper van complete with an adorable little kitchen and bed. She promised her followers that a full van tour would soon be on it’s way!
It’s the first time in a long while that Roz has been able to get back out and explore after a recent injury. A few weeks ago she had a freak accident which left her with a fractured leg.
She revealed recently that she’s been dying to get out and about, especially since we all have a little more freedom at last; “Having a broken leg and restrictions lifting, seeing everyone being outside has been a real challenge to not get down about the situation especially after a year being inside.”
“It’s also made me really work on not letting negative thoughts talk over about my body while not being active.”
We’re glad to see she’s back doing what she does best!
