Rehearsals have kicked off for a brand new play starring some of the finest actors Ireland has to offer.
Written and directed by Mark O’Rowe, the play, Reunion will see Cathy Belton and Robert Sheehan bring the story to life at its World Premiere in Galway this July.
Acting alongside Cathy and Robert includes a roll call of Ireland’s finest actors such as Ian-Lloyd Anderson, Venetia Bowe, Stephen Brennan, Leonard Buckley, Simone Collins, Desmond Eastwood, Valene Kane and Catherine Walker.

According to the official synopsis, the story follows a family who gathers for a celebration on an island off the west coast of Ireland.
“When an unexpected visitor drops by, tensions begin to surface. Over the next 24 hours, scores will be settled, beliefs challenged, and truths disclosed.”
Yep, that sounds like a bit of us!
Taking to Instagram, Cathy shared with her followers that rehearsals had officially begun.

Brought to us by Landmark Productions and Galway International Arts Festival, Reunion will take to the Black Box Theatre at the Galway International Arts Festival from 12-27 July.
