Congratulations to the happy couple, Miss Vicki Notaro and Mr. Joe Carlyle, who wed in a loving humanist ceremony in City Hall, Dublin.
They celebrated afterwards on the top floor of trendy restaurant Drury Buildings, and later enjoyed a luxurious honeymoon in Napa Valley, Las Vegas and Orlando.
