It’s Nicola Coughlan’s world and we are just living in it.
The Galway girl landed a role in the highly anticipated Barbie movie and we couldn’t be more excited to see her in it.
She only upped that excitement when she arrived at the premiere on Wednesday night in London.
And it looks like she gave her Bridgerton character a nod as well with her sparkling gúna.

She was certainly the Diamond of the Season with her stunning jewel-encrusted gown.
The ensemble was a custom dress by Wiederhoeft in collaboration with Tencel Europe which used sustainable fabric made from forest fibres.
Nicola added a pair of custom heels from Malone Souliers. She added even more sparkles with jewellery from Messika including an incredible diamond ring.
Yes, we really are obsessed with this look and we can’t wait to see her in the flick.

While we know she plays Diplomat Barbie in the upcoming film, little else is known about her role.
Thankfully, we do know what to expect from her leading role in the third season of Bridgerton.
Her character, Penelope, will finally get her love story with one Colin Bridgerton. But, of course, the path of true love never did run smoothly.
