Nathan Carter has revealed he finds the Christmas period quite tough, following the passing of some family members.
The singer, who’ll be flying back to the UK to spend time with his mum and dad over the holidays, insists that it can be a difficult time for anyone who has lost relatives.
Nathan admits that it’s a devastating time for him, as he becomes sentimental over people who are no longer around to celebrate the festive period.
Speaking to our sister publication, TVNow Magazine, Nathan said, “I find Christmas a little bit sad actually, because you’re looking around the table for people who are no longer there.
“I always get a bit sentimental at Christmas. My other grandparents passed on, and we’re a very close family, so I always find Christmas a little sad.”
Nathan went on to say, “But it’s mainly for kids, isn’t it? My brother and sister are in their late teens now so there are no little kids around now. It’s not the same as it used to be. “
Meanwhile, the crooner has revealed he’s looking for love this Christmas.
