Met Eireann have issued an updated weather forecast for the coming days, and it’s looking good!
Despite a weather warning of heavy rain, it seems most of the country is in for some sunshine.
The weather forecasters posted the following statement on social media.
“Some heavy downpours in parts with spot flooding but some hazy sunny spells also, especially in the Northwest. It will be warm and humid with highest temperatures generally 19 to 23 Celsius but a little cooler along the south and east coast. The fresh Easterly breeze will ease and veer Southeast.”
“Tonight will be mild and close with lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in little or no wind. There is the likelihood of further heavy or thundery downpours locally but many places will be dry. It will be misty in parts with some fog patches.”
