We can’t wait for Big Brother:Timebomb to kick off this evening and we hear one of the contestants already has a bit of a celebrity connection.
Jade Martina Lynch will make her television debut tonight and is hoping to emulate the career of her cousin who is none other than tv presenter Amanda Byram.
The striking brunette, who you might already recognise from her many photocall modelling jobs, is the only Irish person featuring in the latest BB and says it’s her relation Amanda who’s been her inspiration.
“I look up to her so much with all she has achieved. She started her career like me as a model and has gone on to become television royalty”, the former Miss Ireland contender revealed.
It may have taken her six years of modeling and entering pageants here at home, but Jade is now finally ready to break into television. She also insists that her Big Brother appearance is more to do with the experience than with wanting to boost her public profile.
“That’s not my main reason for doing this,” the Dubliner told DigitalSpy. “My main reason for doing this, and I want to stress this, is that it’s a life journey, it’s a life experience, it opens up my eyes to different aspects of life, different emotions, and then on the backhand yes, would be to lift my career.
In 2013, Jade made it to the top three of the Miss Ireland competition where she was representing Buck’s Townhouse. She was also crowned as the winner of Miss Vanilla in the same year.
The Coolock native also revealed that she is polyamorous, meaning she’s open to love and sexual relations with many people at once, which no doubt this will make some entertaining watching.
VIP Towers has to admit that we’re quite looking forward to hearing more about this character when we tune in later tonight at 9pm on 3e, with a simulcast on TV3 from 10pm – 11pm.
‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ will air nightly on 3e straight after the main show.
