Loraine Barry won’t be at this week’s Dancing with the Stars after her mother sadly passed away.
The former professional dancer announced her mother Caroline’s death earlier this week with a beautiful picture of her.
“’Our beautiful Mammy passed away this morning at 10.30am,” she captioned the picture.
She went on to say: “A mother’s love is like no other”.

RTÉ shared a statement about her decision to step back from the show this week.
“RTÉ, Shinawil and all the cast and crew of Dancing With The Stars would like to extend their deepest sympathies to Loraine and her family on the passing of Loraine’s much adored Mam. May she in peace,” they wrote on social media.
“In light of this sad news Loraine will not appear on the show tomorrow night. Brian, Arthur and Karen will judge the remaining ten contestants’ performances for Movie Week.”
The show will go on with her fellow judges, Brian Redmond, Arthur Gourounlian and Karen Byrne continuing on with their duties.
