Kathryn Thomas

Get Up and Go (Even if it’s Just a Wiggle)

Start your day with a little shake, shimmy, dance, walk or jog . It’s like coffee for your body (but without the jitters)!

Lift Stuff. Feel Tough.

Weights aren’t just for bodybuilders. Ladies, Lifting makes you feel powerful, helps with posture, and tells gravity to back off for another decade!

Sweat Smart with Tabata

Only got four minutes? Perfect. Try Tabata: 20 seconds of GO-GO-GO, 10 seconds rest, repeat eight times. It’s short, sweaty, and surprisingly addictive. (Spoiler: it works.)

Prep Like a Pro (Even If You’re Lazy)

Have eight go-to healthy meals that you love and can whip up on autopilot. I’m a Big fan of my freezer batch cook and stash it. Less hanger, more happy.

Stretch It Out

You don’t need to be a bendy yoga goddess. Just commit to regular stretching or yoga to keep those joints loose and that beautiful body purring like a well-oiled engine.

Sweat with a Sidekick

Workouts are 78 per cent more consistent with a buddy. Drag a friend, sibling, or your dog and stay accountable. Misery loves company — but so does motivation.

Put It in Your Diary

Treat workouts like important meetings (because they are). Three to four a week is fab, and if you miss one? No guilt — just reschedule like a boss.

Yes, You Can Still Have Wine & Cheese

Balance is everything. My rule: love your food, love your life, and don’t feel bad about the occasional treat. You’re human, not a robot. (And Brie is beautiful.)
