The Dixon family has plenty of reason to celebrate, with actress Jenny Dixon welcoming twin girls, Bella and Capri, with husband Tom Neville.
But that wasn’t the only cause for celebration as Jenny’s brother Alan said “I do” just five days after the twins were born.
The happy couple tied the knot in Kildare’s Moyvalley Hotel and Golf Resort.
Sharing some stunning snap from his big day, Jenny wrote: “Last weekend we got to celebrate my handsome brother [Alan‘s] wedding to his beautiful bride [Ciara Dixon].”
Jenny was in attendance along with her husband Tom.
Joking about how close the wedding was to when she gave birth, the former Fair City star teased: “We joked the two events could happen the same day.. and they very almost did!”
The bride Ciara looked beautiful in a vintage-style gown, with a v-neck, statement shoulders, and buttoned sleeve cuffs. While the groom, Alan, was dapper in a black suit with a waistcoat, trousers, bowtie, velvet jacket, and white shirt.
Jenny stunned in a sleek floor length red gown, with long sleeve and a v-neck. While Tom looked sharp in all black suit featuring a jacket, waistcoat, bowtie, and trousers, paired with a white shirt.
Jenny’s pals were quick to gush over the photos in her comment section.
Influencer Niamh De Brun wrote: “Gorg Hope ye had a fab time.”
While Arlene Costello commented: “Fab pics”
And actor Éamonn Elliot said: “You look fabulous Jenny”
Jenny and Tom welcomed their first set of children together last weekend, with the actress revealing the babies were in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Sharing an update on how daughters Bella Sky and Capri Lucia were doing, Jenny took to Instagram to share the amazing news of their progress, with her babies no longer needing oxygen assisting tubes.
As she explained: “Today was the first day [Tom Neville] got to hold his baby daughters. After less than a week old they are doing so good they no longer need oxygen assisting tubes.”
“It’s been an emotional week, I do plan to be back during the week to chat. Right now I’m in a bubble of newborn cuddles, chats and also trying to recover too. Much love to you all.”
