Irish stars celebrate Pride over weekend

Pride Month is coming to an end.

Over the weekend, thousands headed to Dublin to celebrate Dublin Pride.

And it certainly wasn’t a weekend not to miss.

Well known faces took to the streets of our capital city to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

James Patrice transformed into his alter ego Malahide Woman as he lead the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre’s bus through the parade.

He shared a snap with his niece, writing: “Happy Pride Gals! Stay loud and KEEP HER LIT.”

He also posted a picture of the Pride Bus writing: “It’s not everyday you get to host a jaysus STEPS BUS through Dublin Pride.”

Arthur Gouroulian was also in attendance at the parade, in which he walked wearing a yellow t-shirt that read, “Free to Be”.

He captioned a video of him dancing on the streets of Dublin: “And just like that… Dublin Pride 2025, you have been amazing!”

Louise McSharry brought her sons to watch the parade in the heart of Dublin before she dropped into Mother for the most sought after party of the weekend.

Paul Ryder also stepped into drag in a bedazzled costume with a massive P for Pride emblazoned on his chest.

“HAPPY PRIDE DUBLIN 2025,” he wrote.

Samantha Mumba took to the stage at Mother, where she performed hit after hit. She even whizzed around the stage in an aubergine emoji car which was in reference to her Eurosong entry which saw EMMY get through to Eurovision this year.
