Rachel Gorry welcomed her twins, Ryan and Evie, last week with her partner Adrien Kiernan.
Now the influencer has shared an update on her newborns.
She revealed that she has been discharged from hospital but her son and daughter must remain in medical care.
Ryan was born weighing 4 pounds, while Evie weighed 4 pounds 12 ounces.

She explained that while she was home, the little ones had to remain in hospital.
She wrote: “Unfortunately the babies are not home. I was discharged but the babies will have to stay in hospital for another while but they are getting stronger everyday.
“I’ve dreamt about taking that picture of Eddie [her nickname for Adrien] holding both car seats leaving the hospital as a family but instead we left holding hands tears streaming from my face.
“It’s so hard to leave the hospital without your babies but they are in the right place with the most amazing nurses taking care of them.
“I cried the whole way home but we can go in anytime day or night to be with them I think my hormones are just on overdrive,” she added.
Rachel is the proud mother to Leah, Holly and Hannah, who she shared with her late husband, Daniel.
She marked Daniel’s birthday this week, sharing an emotional video of him.
She wrote: “Celebrating you today Daniel on your 6th birthday in heaven. I can’t believe it’s been 6 years of blowing out candles on your cake without you. we love and miss you so much happy heavenly birthday daddy Xx.”
