Amanda Byram is keeping her fans on social media enthralled with regular yummy healthy food recipes and her countless work out videos.

These days the presenter is leading the ultimate healthy lifestyle, and now in her 40s, she’s training harder than ever.

Amanda prefers to keep it simple in the kitchen, opting for an easy approach to healthy eating!

Meanwhile, the former model divulged that she’s thrilled that women are starting to embrace being fit over starving themselves to be thin.

“Women have been dying, literally there are women who are dying to be thin. For me it’s just a case of having been through all of that when I was modelling and now being on the other side and going, ‘actually, that doesn’t work’ and the response has been incredible.” she said.

The picture perfect TV presenter also recently launched Amandabyram.com – a site full of fitness regimes, life lessons and healthy eating tips.

“People think I must be absolutely crazy with my lifestyle, and then in the same breath they’ll go, “You look really well for your age!” But I’ve learned you can’t have one without the other. My lifestyle reflects how I look. I feel better now than I did at 30″, she revealed.
