Grace Mongey welcomed her third child over the bank holiday weekend.
She kept her followers updated on her labour as she welcomed her son on the 14th of March.
She and her husband, Chris brought their little one home just a handful of days ago.
And now they have revealed his unique name.

She shared a gorgeous video of her newborn before revealing his name is Kasen James Gernon.
How beautiful!
The tot was dressed in a brown knitted ensemble with his name embroidered on it.
She also shared the moment that her two older children, eight-year-old Sienna and five-year-old Hayden, meeting their new little brother for the first time.

“When my worlds collide. couldn’t ask for more,” she captioned the sweet moment.
Grace announced she was expecting her third child in September with a gorgeous video.
They shared a video of their family on the beach with Grace setting up the camera before stepping back to embrace her son and their two children.
She then cradles her growing bump while their eldest child Sienna pulls out ultrasound pictures.

“Oh baby, we can’t wait to meet you,” Grace wrote along with a pregnancy emoji and pink and blue hearts.
When she revealed her son’s name she was met with gorgeous comments.
