Georgie Crawford has been on the journey of a lifetime.
Last month, she and her husband Jamie, along with their daughter Pia flew out to Georgia to welcome their second child.
The couple welcomed baby Tahlie via surrogate and after a month in the capital city, Tbilisi, the family of four announced they were heading home to Ireland.
And they were welcomed by their family and friends as soon as they got home.
Georgie shared a picture of her with baby Tahlie at home in Ireland with the caption: “And just like that,” along with the Irish flag.
She then shared a picture of the family surrounded by a gang of their nearest and dearest.
“What a welcome home from the gang,” she captioned the sweet picture.
She previously explained that there was a delay in bringing their daughter home because of paperwork.
“The paperwork is going really well. We’ve completed the DNA test, and loads of people were asking us why we can’t bring Tahlie home just yet.
“So basically, there’s loads of paperwork to prove she’s Irish, and then we have to get an emergency passport for her.”
“Tahlie is tiny, she was 5 lbs 7 ounces when she was born and we couldn’t believe how small she was. To know the journey she’s been on,” she enthused.
“I can’t stop looking at her and doting on her…I know how lucky I am and I am soaking up every single second of her.”
