Country music fans rejoice, as Garth Brooks could be set to play three concerts in Ireland next year.
It has been reported that the outdoor gigs will take place in Dublin, Limerick and Cork in the summer of 2018, three years after he had to controversially cancel all five Croke Park shows, due to issues with the residents association.
A source told The Mail, “The gigs being cancelled in 2014 was a major blow for him and he has always wanted to come and pay. He has been on an American and world tour since the 2014 debacle and always wanted to return to play to his Irish fans.
“It is still in the very early stages of planning and the venues have yet to be booked. But Garth has provisional agreed to come back to Ireland.”
