Keith Duffy and his wife Lisa have put their palatial mansion up for sale after living there for 11 years.
They bought the house in 2004 for a cool 1 million, later buying more land to add to their two-thirds of an acre.
Now the four-bedroomed luxury house is for sale with Sherry Fitzgerald Blanc for €1.3 million and the family intend on moving to nearby Ballyboughal.
Described by the auctioneer as a home “oozing style and character”, the stunning property has four en-suite bedrooms, luscious gardens to front and back, extensive decking and electric gates.
No doubt the family of four will miss their gorgeous home, especially the garage which they had customized into a bar and games room.
There’s also a sunroom and large porch within the property and the interior and decor is just as lovely as the outside, with Lisa probably to thank for that.
They already have their eyes set on where they want to relocate to and will be moving there soon with their aspiring actor son Jay and their daughter Mia.
