Donal Skehan is over in Krakow this weekend, and has proved yet again that he has the best job ever.
The celebrity cook is away filming for a new TV show, and decided to head to a vodka tasting bar – purely for an educational experience of course.
Being the wise young man that he is, the Howth native didn’t want to get too drunk during filming and opted for a quick nap and good meal beforehand – all which he documented on his Snapchat.
Donal then headed off to the bar, and that’s where the fun really began.
“Currently in vodka tasting bar… Lots of different vodkas to choose from,” he said.
After a little while, Donal continued, “Just cleaned the table of vodka. It’s all gone! It’s really fascinating stuff. I didn’t expect to be so fascinated. There’s different complexities in the flavours…It’s like wine,”
The cook seemed to be just as impressed as us that vodka can have so many flavours and dynamics, and we can’t wait to see what he has to say about each one when the show comes out later this year.
