Yes, the Derry woman took home the award for best writer in the Comedy category and we couldn’t be prouder of her!
She wasn’t the only winner from the hit show on the night, however, with Sister Michael actress Siobhan McSweeney picking up the award for best female performance in a comedy programme.
Lisa was up against fierce competition on the night but was clearly delighted that she won.

“I promise, I know how lucky I am to be standing here,” she noted in her emotional acceptance speech.
Now, the writer is going into detail about a three-day hangover she had following the celebration of the awards.
Taking to Twitter, Lisa asked her followers to “light a candle” for her as she struggled to overcome her hangover.
“Bafta this is SOME hangover. And I went to Queen’s University in the early 00’s. Day 3,” she wrote.
Fans were quick to show their sympathy with one writing: “Thoughts and prayers.”
While another commented: “Tin of full sugar coke and a chicken ball special, it should be available on prescription.”
We feel her pain!
Another huge congrats to Lisa and the rest of the Derry girls!
