Dami’s rom-com moment appears to win back Love Island viewers

Dami Hope let down the nation with his behaviour during Casa Amor on Love Island.

However, it seemed as though he may have found a way to win viewers back over especially after Monday night’s episode!

After being saved from the bottom two, Dami seems to be a changed man. After sharing a bed with Summer, he decided to show his loyalties to Indiyah by heading out to the day bed to sleep with Andrew.

And this is where the magic happened.

In a scene that only be described as straight from a rom-com, Indiyah tiptoed out to the garden to check on Dami. As soon as the Irish lad spotted her, he leaped out of bed and raced across the grass to catch her in his arms.

The pair shared a kiss during the sweet moment that had viewers audibly sighing at their television screens.

Could Dami and Indiyah be Millie and Liam 2.0 and win this whole season?

Dami’s slow redemption arc comes after his sister Cynthia Adegbefan was forced to remind fans that no matter how much they disagreed with his actions, that doesn’t justify sending him hate.

Telling the Irish Independent, “But all this hate on his Instagram and his social media, I don’t think that’s the right thing… People need to realise he has feelings too. The things that people say could affect his mental health and wellbeing.”
