Clelia Murphy has shared an emotional message to her daughter Clarebelle, as she turns 21 years old.
The former Fair City actress has always been close with her stunning daughter, and has now shared the sweetest tribute to Clarabelle on her big day!
Taking to Instagram, Clelia told her only child just how proud of her she is.
“At 12.01pm 21 years ago today the greatest thing that will ever happened to me happened.,” the DWTS contestant captioned the adorable throwback snap.
“Clarabelle Murphy chose me to be here mum. She is the original, the best chungwan ever.
“Lucky to have you, mama”
Clelia, who rose to fame playing the character of Niamh on Fair City previously opened up about becoming a single mum at just 22, revealing her own mother gave her a lot of support.
““I had Clarabelle so young and because I had her on my own, not only did my life change, but she was very much the structure for how my life then carried on,” she told The Independents Mother & Babies magazine back in 2016.
““I was very lucky, I had my mum and grandparents so they were a great support. I think I was better off being a single parent because I don’t think any man could have done the job that my extended family did, and I don’t think any man could have stuck around while we all did it,” she said.
Huge happy birthday to Clarebelle!
