The Young Offenders is set to return to our screens very soon.
Yes, after what feels like an eternity away from Conor and Jock, the Cork lads are back for a fourth season.
And while he ditched the tracksuit for the night, Chris Walley couldn’t be more excited for everyone to reunite with the Young Offenders again.
Speaking to us at the IFTAs, Chris Walley who plays Jock on the show revealed that he still gets recognised from the series.
“I find I get recognised the most up in Belfast! They love it up there,” he confesses.
“I just get shouted, ‘Jock, Jock!’ It’s always Jock! It’s been so long since the last season came out, so we’ll see what happens when the next season comes out.”
It’s been four years since season three, so what was it like to go back to set with the lads?
“It’s brilliant, we’re basically like a family. It’s great to get the band back together, it’s just a joy to spend time together. When you put the tracksuit on and you get back in, your work is practically done for you. The rest of it comes easy.”
We can’t wait for the series to return!
