Here in VIP Towers, we have to admit we’re shameless fans of Celebrity Big Brother. Although we do enjoy the ‘normal’ version of the hit reality show too, there’s always a few more tv gold moments when some showbiz egos are thrown into the mix.
This year, CBB returns to Irish screens thanks to an exclusive deal TV3 made with Channel 5. The madhouse will open tonight, and we can see which celebrity faces have officially decided to go in at 9 p.m on TV3 and 3E.
But for now the speculation remains – who’ll be stepping through those infamous doors this time round!? As always, we’re delighted to hear of an Irish connection, and tv presenter Eamonn Holmes has dropped a pretty heavy hint.
Eamonn, who hails from Belfast and is best known as a presenter on “This Morning”, made the news of his entrance pretty clear to Big Brother’s Bit on the Side host Rylan Clark yesterday during a live broadcast. After the show’s return was mentioned, Eamonn turned to the host and said: “See you in the house.” We reckon the outspoken ITV star would be a great addition!
Also rumoured to be entering the house, which has UK vs USA theme, are comedian Bobby Davro, Atomic Kitten’s Natasha Hamilton, pornographic film actress Jenna Jameson, X Factor contestants, and lovebirds, Stevie Richie and Chloe Jasmine and supermodel Janice Dickinson.
Actor Daniel Baldwin, Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, Rapper Fatman Scoop and former kids TV presenter Gail Porter are also rumoured to head in. What a mix, eh? We can’t wait!
