At the end of 2023, there was a big shake-up within The Six O’Clock Show.

Both Karen Koster and Greg O’Shea announced that they would be leaving the show in November of 2023.

Then we met our new fabulous hosts – Brian Dowling and Katja Mia.

And they made themselves at home straight away.

Brian marked six months at the helm of the evening show.

We really can’t believe that it’s already been six months!

“Happy Six-month anniversary, @katja_miaa. The time has flown since November & we joined the @sixoclockshow family. Some days, it feels like we have been doing this for years & others feel so new. Thanks for always making me HOWL,” he wrote.

His husband, Arthur Gourounlian was quick to comment: “It’s so wild only six months, but it feels like you’ve been together a lifetime. Happy six-month anniversary, you beauties.”

Katja shared the post to her stories, writing: “6 months of the @sixoclockshow. In one way it feels like we just started yesterday and in another it feels like I’ve been working with @bprdowling for YEARS.

“So lucky to have a fabulous team, show and co-host where we have so much fun x”.

VIP Magazine caught up with Katja earlier this year at the Platinum VIP Style Awards where she told us: “It’s been flat out!”

“It feels so calm now. I was so used to going 180 when it came to Dancing with the Stars. I had the best time. I’m just getting back to normal now.”

While Brian told us: “It’s been great. I feel like I’ve been doing it for so long. Last year was a great preparation for me because I filled in for Greg [O’Shea] on The Six O’Clock Show and I was doing Weekend AM. I was doing radio as well and I signed up to do The Salvage Squad which is a whole other TV show on Virgin Media.”
