It was a busy but beautiful weekend for Bonnie Ryan, who legally married her longtime love John in an intimate ceremony surrounded by her friends and family on Friday, ahead of their main wedding this Summer.
Speaking on her Instagram stories this morning, Bonnie admitted she was wrecked after the weekend and needed to lie-in this Monday morning, a rare occasion for the star, who usually gets up at 5am.
“I think out of all Mondays, this was the Monday that I was entitled to have a little bit of a sleep in. I had the best weekend of my whole entire life, and that was just the legal side of things. We are looking at this as our pre-wedding party with our families and in a couple of weeks will be our actual wedding with all of our friends and family for a big celebration.
“That’s the one that we’ll use as our wedding date and that to me and John is our wedding day. So this was our registry, a little party with our family and to get us all excited for the wedding,” she shared with her followers.
As for what’s next for the bride, her hen night! She revealed on Instagram stories that she needs to find an outfit for the occasion, but she has a “few weeks to go”, so there’s time to find a dress.
The makeup artist and influencer shared a sweet snap of herself and her now husband John kissing during their legal ceremony over the weekend.
Captioning the gorgeous pic on Instagram, Bonnie wrote, “A happy weekend. Legal side ✔️ now a few weeks until I walk down the aisle … I could burst with excitement if the love I felt this weekend was anything to go by… the wedding will be.”
On her stories she continued, “To close off a perfect weekend of love! Roll on our Summer wedding.”
