Aoibheann McCaul has taken to social media to show off her beautiful ring after getting engaged in November.
Former GAA star Brian Carroll popped the question in Sri Lanka with an elaborate proposal.
After saying yes, the pair decided to pick the ring together and we think the choice is stunning.
In a collage on Instagram, the Fair City star shared a photo of her ring as well as a video which highlighted the vintage style.
In the post, Aoibheann revealed how excited she is for the year ahead:
“Getting proposed to in #srilanka was the biggest shock, and also the best part of my year.”
She added: “2018 is going to be an insane year I never expected, but I can’t wait for it!”
Aoibheann, who plays Caoimhe Dillion on the soap, also got honest about her struggle to find the perfect ring.
“Apart from all the planning, as an incredibly indecisive individual… I love my ring, may I love all the rest as much!
She added: “Choosing a ring is not as easy as you would think! I didn’t go with what I thought, but you will fall in love with one!
