Bernard Brogan is set to marry his long time love, Keira Doyle in Mount Juliet, Kilkenny on December 30th this year.
The GAA star got engaged to his log term girlfriend earlier this year and after months of planning, they have finally set a date and decided on a location.
According to the Sunday World, they have chose the idyllic surroundings of Mount Juliet, Kilkenny as the perfect location for their nuptials.
Speaking about the wedding earlier this year, Bernard revealed he can’t wait to get hitched and said the Christmas period is the only time most sports stars can get married because of the extended holidays.
“I’m getting married at the end of the year and I’m looking forward to it.” he told the Sunday World.
“It’ll be around Christmas. We haven’t figured out what it will be like, but it’ll be interesting. For sports people, November and December is the only time of year we have downtime as the season is so long.”
