Barry Keoghan is among one of the three Irish Golden Globe nominees for the ceremony in the new year.

And he is unsurprisingly over the moon!

The Dubliner took to social media to share his delight at being recognised for his work in Saltburn.

He posted some behind-the-scenes shots of the haunting film that everyone has been talking about.

This year’s Golden Globes see Cillian Murphy, Andrew Scott and Barry Keoghan have all be nominated in the Best Actor category.

Cillian is, of course, nominated for his role as J. Robert Oppenheimer in Oppenheimer. The highly successful film nabbed eight nominations.

Andrew Scott has nabbed his nom for his turn in All of Us Strangers which hits cinemas in January.

Unfortunately, Paul Mescal, who was a favourite to nab a nomination missed out in the Supporting Actor category for his role in All of Us Strangers.
