Angela Scanlon has her eyes on the prize.
The presenter has been making waves on the Strictly dancefloor this year.
She was hotly tipped to make it to the final but has faced some woes landing her with the lowest scores on the leaderboard.
“It can be quite hard. We both joint bottom of the leaderboard with Adam last week, it’s quite bruising, we had worked really hard. It had been a difficult week for lots of reasons,” she shared on This Morning.

“But I thought we did a really great performance. We loved it, we had a great time doing the sambo which is technically I’m told very difficult.”
She went on to discuss her injuries from being on the show, from blisters to neck aches!
“I suffered a lot with blisters initially and I feel like have dancers feet, which people talk about with pride but they’re pretty gross.’ My neck’s in bits at the moment because there’s a ballroom hold — we’re doing a waltz this week.”
However, Angela is taking everything in her stride and is eager to keep her Strictly journey ongoing.
“Blackpool is very iconic, and we are very determined to make it to Blackpool, and I actually I think I quite thrive on the challenge of bouncing back,” she said.
Well, we would love to see Angela go all the way and lift the Glitterball Trophy!
