
Amanda Byram is back on RTE player with a series of fitness videos.
The presenter has released six new workouts as part of her Body By Byram series.
The first series of videos were released in March, with six new ones being added this month.
Each of the workouts are short, high-intensity, full body regimes that can be done anywhere with no special equipment or gym membership.
If your defence is that you are too busy to workout, this leaves you with no excuse as the workouts are only eight minutes long.
