Vogue Williams has been making many a woman jealous over the past few weeks, showing off her toned bikini-bod at every possible opportunity, but we don’t blame her – if you’ve got it, flaunt it!

Vogue works hard for the body she has, and has proved this time and time again.

When her dad tragically passed away after a having stroke, Vogue learned that it was important to lead a healthy lifestyle, and has made working out a priority in her life ever since.

The presenter has been recently enjoying some time off in the UK, but while having fun, she was keeping up with her regular cardio workout routines.

Her everyday exercises includes 20 squat jumps, bear crawls for 30 seconds, 20 burpees, 20 toe touches, 20 jump lunges, 12 push ups and 40 mountain climbers. She then repeats this seven times.

Posting a video to her Instagram today, Vogue shows us the basic way to do her home workout routine:
