Virginia, Macari, the sultry Irish-Italian beauty best known as one of the stars of TV3’s Dublin Housewives show, invited VIP to her Mabella home for a fabulous photoshoot with her fiancé Kas, and their 3-year-old son Thor. And just like Dolly Parton, she is standing by her man!
Kas has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons in the past six months, as he has been accused of fraud in his native Norway. But there were no signs of the court case hanging over the couple, as Virginia and Kas looked relaxed and glamorous in the two days we spent with them. “I don’t want to think about it until it does happen,” Virginia told us, so we’re just going to stay positive.
Virginia and Kas are every bit the loving couple, and his is nothing like the way he is portrayed in the media, according to Virginia. “He’s an amazing father and an amazing businessman. He’s really kind and gentle. We’re going to grow old together!”
Their gorgeous son Thor took centre stage for the photoshoot, and the affection that his parents feel for him is overwhelming. “He’s not boisterous or anything, he’s so polite and kind,” Virginia revealed. “I’ve stopped talking to him in Italian, because he’s learning Spanish. He speaks Norwegian to Kas, his grandmother and half-sisters, and then English with me!”
Virginia posed in her own swimwear collection, which she has just launched, and is delighted with the reaction so far. “I’ve been working on the swimwear for a long time and I am very proud,” she told VIP. “Even I feel comfortable as a 39-year-old mum wearing these pieces!”
