Very exciting news this afternoon, as it was just announced that the hilarious Late Late Show with James Corden is coming to Ireland and the UK.
Episodes of the comedic talk show will be available on Sky from July 19th, just one day after it’s aired in the US.
Armando Nuñez from CBS has said, “In just over a year, James has made a very big mark on US late night television with a critically acclaimed show that features the biggest names in entertainment, and unique segments that quickly become digital sensations.
“We’re excited that UK audiences will get to experience all the energy and excitement of the series with our terrific partners at Sky.”
As if this news wasn’t amazing enough, to celebrate the arrival of the Late Late Show to the network, Sky 1 will be airing a Carpool Karaoke special. The one-off show will feature some of the best carpool’s from the last couple of months, including One Direction, Adele and Jennifer Lopez.
Sky’s Gary Davey said, “The Late Late Show has be-come a global cultural phenomenon and the UK & Ireland audience has delighted in James’ runaway stateside success.”
