Bernard Brogan has paid a sweet tribute to wife Keira, just one week after she gave birth to their twin babies, Donagh and Keadán.
The Dublin GAA star announced the news with a sweet picture on social media, revealing that he ‘never felt so blessed.’
Now, Bernard is speaking out about adapting to life with two new babies.

“(Keira) is a pro already and is doing a brilliant job with the lads.” he told the Sunday World.
“I’m so proud of her, its amazing to watch.
“I have the nappy changing down to a fine art.
“I am going through the emotions right now… it’s half excitement, half nervousness. We are so thrilled,”
