The Great Irish Bake Off has seen it’s fair share of drama over the past few weeks, but it reaches a whole new level during tomorrow night’s episode.

Things all become too much for Clare Ryan tomorrow evening, as the pressure of making the perfect macaroon and the perfect show stopper begins to show.

The baker flees the tent in tears after failing to impress judges Paul and Lilly with her bake, as Paul commented that her desert wasn’t a cake which he had asked for.

Clare left in floods of tears, and said, “It’s hard to have really have put in the work, all the preparation and thought that has gone in, it feels like a waste.

“It’s what I really wanted to do and what I wanted to succeed in but I suppose that just didn’t happen for me today and that’s just really disappointing.”

This isn’t the first major drama the tent has seen, as earlier in the series, paramedics had to be called for Ailish Carrigan who fell ill during a task.
