She took to Instagram last night to give her followers an update on how parenthood is going.

Joking in the caption she said: “4 months as a Family of 4!, 4 things I’ve learned..”

Her first lesson is: “The man/ woman who invented the soother/ dodi/ pacifier needs a nobel peace prize.: ”

Her second?

“Having twins means sitting down to have your breakfast at 6.30pm, but boy does it taste good.”

She goes on to say: “Twin 1 or twin 2 will Always do a bonus poop or puke or both when visitors are about to knock at the door.

“Every time I leave the house with the tiny tots I anticipate a loud round of applause because That’s how long it took me to get ready. Then I forget the kitchen sink & have to go back.”

She then goes on to end on a bit more of a serious note sharing: “I’ll take all the sleepless nights over and over again for you two little angel heads. Happy 4 months Bella & Capri.. lil superstars! Love you.”

After a not-so-easy start to parenthood with her little girls being born seven weeks before their due date and the pair needing to wait a further six weeks in neonatal care it is heartwarming to see the pair enjoying the first few months of parenthood.

We are delighted for this beautiful family and wish them the very best as parents!
