It is time to bid farewell to Love Island for another year.
Ekin-Su and Davide were crowned the winners, with Gemma and Luca coming in second place. Our very own Dami came third with his girlfriend Indiyah. While Tasha and Andrew came in fourth place.
We don’t know what we’re going to do with our nights anymore. We will be able to actually see our friends and family again!
Thankfully, we will get one more helping of Love Island 2022 before we bid farewell to the cast forever!
As with previous years, we are set to get the reunion show where the entire cast gets together and shares their own experience on the show.
Love Island: The Reunion (2022) will air on Sunday, August 7th – so we only have to wait six days after the finale to get all the juicy gossip from the cast!
The special episode will be on Virgin Media Two and will run from 9:00pm to 10:30pm.
In a video on Love Island’s Instagram, Ekin-Su and Davide gushed about their win, with Ekin saying: “Thank you everyone for voting us and thank you for making us who we are.”

Davide added: “I didn’t expect it, I still don’t believe it.”
“I still can’t believe it, I think everyone’s winners in here and I just feel really lucky to be here,” Ekin-Su continued.
“We’re all great couples, but thank you for everyone,” Davide began with Ekin-Su finishing: “Thank you for everyone literally, for going on our journey with us, it means so much, so much!”
Thankfully we won’t have to wait too long before a brand new group of singletons head into the villa as Love Island will return for a winter season in January.
