We’re obsessed with Roz Purcell’s Salted Caramel Protein Bars and you will be too!

If you’re planning to get outdoors more in January, or are heading back to the gym after the festive season protein bars are a great energy boost pot-exercise.

We loves these Salted Caramel Protein bars from Irish influencer, Roz Purcell. As well as being super easy to make they’re also delicious so ideal if you fancy a sweet treat!

Ingredients 

  • 240g vanilla protein powder (Rz uses a vegan blend)
  • 8 medjool dates pitted
  • 5 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 11 tbsp water
  • 200g chocolate
