We loves these Salted Caramel Protein bars from Irish influencer, Roz Purcell. As well as being super easy to make they’re also delicious so ideal if you fancy a sweet treat!

Ingredients
- 240g vanilla protein powder (Rz uses a vegan blend)
- 8 medjool dates pitted
- 5 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch sea salt
- 11 tbsp water
- 200g chocolate
