1/9/24 ***NO REPRO FEE*** ‘Pink Tribe’ out in force for Breast Cancer Ireland’s Very Pink Run
Sisters Patricia Flynn and Siobhan Curran from Dundalk pictured taking part in the Very Pink Run in Leopardstown Racecourse in Dublin on Saturday, whereby thousands of men, women and children including lots of well-known personalities, ran, walked, scooted and shimmied their way around the course, taking part in Breast Cancer Ireland’s Very Pink Run.A second and third event will take place in The Watershed in Kilkenny and at MTU in Cork (1st Sept and 8th Sept respectively) for those who may have missed the Dublin event but would still like to take part. The annual fundraising event, has seen 86,500 participants from over 40 countries take part since its inception, raising over €6.6m for ground-breaking breast cancer research.
All funds raised will support Breast Cancer Ireland’s pioneering research into metastatic cancer and awareness programmes nationally.
