It was a night for the books at Upstairs at McSorley’s on Wednesday evening.
The relaunch introduced the new Ranelagh venue as an intimate new piano and cocktail bar located above the pub, alongside a carefully refurbished downstairs cocktail bar that preserves the character of the much-loved local venue.
Attendees included RTE radio’s Louise Duffy, Dancing with the Stars professionals Daniela Roze, Maciej Zięba, Rebecca Scott and Leonardo Lini, as well as owners of the venue, Noel Anderson, Tony McCabe and former Irish international rugby players Jamie Heaslip, Rob Kearney, Sean O’Brien and Dave Kearney.
It was certainly a night to remember.
