RTE’s Mary Kennedy has announced that she has become a grandmother, after her daughter Eva gave birth to her first child.
The well loved face of RTE shows such as Nationwide has shared the exciting news that her 31-year-old daughter and her husband Benny welcomed a little boy last Monday in Limerick maternity hospital.
“It is the first grandchild on both sides,” Mary told The Sunday Independent.
“Eva is my eldest and she was the first grandchild for her grandparents. Patrick Sonny Boland is her and Benny’s first child.
“A beautiful, healthy, little boy. We are all besotted.”
