Hollywood legend Morgan Freeman appeared on The Graham Norton Show last week and made an absolutely hilarious dig at Graham!
While talking about his hit film Shawshank Redemption, Morgan was asked by the host to reenact his famous monologue from the film. All appeared to be going smoothly, until the 79-year-old began his piece and it had somewhat of a modern twist to it!
Instead of speaking the words from the classic film about his fellow inmate Andy, Morgan said, “I must admit I didn’t think much of Graham Norton the first time I laid eyes on him. He looked like a stiff breeze could blow him over. That was my first impression of the man.”
He then continued with this solo piece calling the Cork native “annoying” and saying that “he drinks too much.” The star also mentioned Michael Cane, who was next to him on the red couch at the time.
Graham took the comical jibe well, laughing and applauding the acting great when he had finished. This video is well worth a watch if you’re in need of a laugh!
