Vogue Williams has reacted to losing out on Dancing with the Stars role, admitting that despite being turned down for this particular hosting position, it allowed her get involved in another project.
The presenter was apparently in the running to host the show, but it’s now Amanda Byram who’s tipped to take over the position.
Vogue admitted that while she would have loved to be involved in the show, it simply wasn’t meant to be.
Speaking to The Herald, she said,“You know what, it would have been a good job to get, I’m not going to lie, it definitely would have.
“I’m in an industry where you get rejected all the time so I’m used to rejection.
“I always work on the basis of, ‘what’s for you won’t pass you by’ and now I’ve got something else that I always really wanted to do.
“Even though I wanted to do Dancing With The Stars, it just worked out. I had to find out the answer to Dancing With The Stars because I was sort of caught between the two.”
We’re delighted things worked out for her in the end.
