We’ve all been there – not getting a job that we thought was made for us!
Vogue Williams has admitted that she was absolutely “raging” to miss out on a presenting role.
And it was a big one!
On her podcast, her sister, Amber shared that she had been catching up on some telly.
“Finally finished The Irish Traitors with Megan the other night, and it was very good. It’s not often you watch a show and you are shouting at the TV and reacting to it,” she explained.
Vogue was quick to share that she had auditioned to be the host of The Traitors Ireland. The RTÉ show, which aired last month, was fronted by Siobhán McSweeney.
“The Traitors is the best show in the world,” Vogue confessed, and we have to agree.
“You know I went for that job. You don’t get everything you want, do you, girls?” she then shared.
“Now, in fairness, I went to host The Traitors. You know when you’re raging that you didn’t get a job? Then I saw it was Siobhán McSweeney, and I just think she is so brilliant.
“When I saw her again, I was like, it stings a lot less now.”
Her sister, Amber, added: “She’s very good on it.”

Vogue was quick to respond: “She’s so brilliant! But it’s funny, there are so many jobs that you go for and don’t get, but that’s just life.”
To be fair, we couldn’t imagine anyone else in the role! But we’re sure Vogue will smash her next project.
